Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an Ozarktrips error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the issue is caused by our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
Exchanges

Defective or damaged upon arrival, or
Incorrect in size, color, or style

Exceptions & Limitations
Returns or exchanges may be refused or partially refunded if:
