At Ozarktrips, your satisfaction—and your peace of mind—are at the heart of every order you place. We want you to feel secure knowing that if something goes wrong, you’re fully protected by a refund process that is fair, transparent, and handled with care. This policy explains exactly how refunds are reviewed, issued, and supported, so you always know what to expect.

When an item is returned to us and inspected, our team works quickly to verify its eligibility. Once everything is approved, we begin processing your refund without delay. In most cases, refunds are initiated within 14 business days after the returned item has been officially accepted by our Quality Control team. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or credit card provider. If 14 business days pass without confirmation, just reach out—our support team will investigate promptly and keep you informed.

For your security, every refund is processed through PayPal, even if you paid originally using another method. Your refund will always be routed back to your original payment source through PayPal’s secure gateway. For more information, refer to our Billing Terms and Conditions page.

To qualify for a refund, your returned item must meet all requirements outlined in our main Return Policy. Once your package arrives, our inspection team checks the condition of the item, its packaging, and tags. After reviewing, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied. If denied, we will clearly explain the reason and offer options to ship the item back to you.

If your refund has been approved but hasn’t appeared yet, check with your bank or credit card company, as they may require extra processing time. If the delay continues, contact us at care@ozarktrips.com. We will provide proof of refund initiation and help resolve the issue.

Some items are not eligible for refunds. Products purchased at sale or discounted prices are final sale. Refunds also cannot be issued for incorrect size choices, spelling errors in personalized text, or minor color variations due to screen differences.

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. Exchanges are not available for sizing issues, color preference, or change of mind. To request an exchange for a defective product, email care@ozarktrips.com with your order number and clear photos. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
